PROBLEM
Because of the proven positive impacts that involvement in a musical craft has on developing minds, music deserts can cause a disparity of opportunities and quality of life across populations with differing income levels. This proposal combines a music store, performance venue, and recording studio in a singular building aiming to improve the socioeconomic status of the surrounding community by providing spaces that facilitate the growth of musical culture.
