PROBLEM
To meet the client's goals of reaching a high environmental performance level while maintaining a humanistic comfort for the residents of Alisia, the design team developed a system of porous balconies that maximized the value of the property by meeting our sustainability goals through providing awnings for solar shading and perforations for passive ventilation while still affording the residents opportunities to create green space and take advantage of the site's stunning views.
